Methods of Payment

If you do not wish to pay online, you can post your credit or debit card details to us at our address as given above. Please include the full details of your order including book title(s) and delivery address, together with your credit/debit card number, expiry date and cardholder’s name and address.

If you would prefer to pay by UK cheque, please send us an email with the details of your order.

Delivery

Delivery will be within 21 days of receipt of order (if paid by credit/debit card), or within 21 days of cheque clearance if paying by cheque or foreign draft. All orders received will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail.

Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for payment of any Local Taxes and Import Duties levied in the country of the delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

All books for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, then if you notify us of that fact within 7 days of receiving the books, you will receive a full refund upon receipt by us of the books being returned in good condition. However, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and take care of the goods before returning them. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. When we refund a credit card payment, the amount to be refunded will be credited to your credit card account.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not pass your contact details to any third party other than PayPa l(which provides our purchasing facilities). You will not be sent any unsolicited mail or email by giving us your contact details.
